Pipped, and maybe stuck?

Hello everyone, this is my first time with the incubator so I am not sure what's normal and what's not.

There's one egg (day 21) that pipped yesterday sometime around noon. There are now random pips around the end of the shell, and there's a beak that is obviously breathing sticking out of one of the holes. It kind of looks like he doesn't quite know how to zip or something.

Advice? How long should I leave it before I interfere?

Hi there! I agree...give this baby some time. They frequently rest before zipping. I would wait until tonight before considering assisting. How many eggs are in your incubator? Make sure you keep your humidity up :) can you post a pic of the egg if your incubator has a window?

I pulled the egg out to check the status as it's the last egg and I already had to pull the other babies out, and the membrane was obviously dried out. So I used q tips and some tweezers to get rid of that and then let the chick work it's way out after that. Fingers crossed he'll make it, we already had one die mid zip. :(

Can you get a picture or two of what it looks like?
What is your humidity at right now?
