Pipped at wrong end??

I candled the eggs and it looks like their beak is at the air sack but then I turned the egg and saw this! what do I do? I e never experienced this before

If it's the wrong ender, it's possible that being upside down irritated it's eye and that's why it red and swollen. Saw some very strange things in my malpositioned chicks this year.

cheez a weez, I reckoned your experience would be helpful here. Mercy, hatching is not (as I have written many times) for the faint of heart.
