Pipped eggs not doing anything. Help Please!

Hi i have two pipped eggs. They are chirping a lot but there not moving. Their pip holes got the tiniest bit bigger. Its approximately 6 and 15 hours are first external pip. Should they be progressing more or did i do something wrong? Today I did have to help a chicks pip out because it wasn't getting enough oxygen. Please help!

I have had some take longer. If they are not okay in another 2 hours, pull off a tiny piece.

It can take 24 hours after the external pip(thru the air cell) to go any further. They need period of rest.
