Pipped wrong end- 12 hours - should I assist?

Looks like the brown egg.

I've had a few wrong end pippers this year because the chicks were too big to turn to their aircells. They were able to hatch successfully, but I had to help one since it was way to big, & cramped to zip.
I'm glad you told me that. I think part of the problem is 1.) in the first week, the humidity was too high. 2) I was off a day for my lockdown, so the eggs kept turning, making it difficult to get into a hatching position. I've got another one in the wrong spot. Just pipped, going to keep a watchful eye on it.
