The last of the 5 eggs has now pipped, and you can see his beak - the top looks a bit longer than the bottom. Is this ok??

Correction: It is the bottom beak that is longer. He has broken through the egg a little more, enough that I can see his beak clearly now.
Is this going to be a big problem?

Well, he finally got his head out a little, and I think his brains are on the outside. I am going to give him a little while to make sure, but I am quite certain he is deformed and will die soon. :(
