That's a really cool video! Something about that ducky's flip looked very different from what I've seen with this bunch. I'm not 100% sure though. Maybe these guys have pipped and attempted to zip at the top of the air cell? A couple had a foot above their head. Almost across their forehead.
I guess it doesn't matter why they're getting stuck. It would be nice to know if I could prevent it but I'm not sure that's totally possible. It seems like it's always somewhat possible for something to go weird. Even though only 2 of these 8 got out without any help, they're all seem happy and healthy so far. And I've never had to take one all the way out of it's shell yet. After giving a bit of assistance with taking some shell off or snipping a tight/dry membrane, I put them back in the incubator to finish getting out on their own.
