Pipping early???

Ok so I have chicken eggs that are on day 19 and I locked down the incubator yesterday to prep for hatching and I think I see a pip? It’s right in the middle of one of my O markers so I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have missed it when I placed the eggs for lockdown. Is this normal?? Is this just an early chick?? Will this chick be ok if he hatches early??

I’m really worried about this lil guy, I don’t want him to be hurt by hatching too soon

EDIT: a second egg on the opposite side of the incubator has a pip too

Day 19 pipping, and day 20 hatching is common. I had 6 of my 20 Bresse chicks hatch today on day 20.

Oh thank goodness! Four have pipped now and they’re peeping very loudly
