Pipping Eggs

I am hatching silkie eggs right now and only two of them were fertile and they both have started to hatch. The one egg has a hole and is able to breathe but hasn't done much yet. The other egg has broken egg shell but it didn't break through the membrane. Do I need to help it? It hasn't done anything more yet.

It can take up to 24 hours for them to actually start zipping out of the shell. Just be patient. The one that doesn't look like it broke the membrane, if it broke the shell, there is most likely a slit in the membrane that you can't see. Its totally normal and fine.
