I've had pips like that. Usually this means the shell is extra hard. You may need to help with the pip.

How do I do that? This is my first time hatching. And I’m letting my broody columbian wyandotte hatch. I know that a couple of the eggs are a couple days off. So day 21 should be the latest Monday. Earlier one tomorrow and Sunday.

Take a toothpick, or thumb tack, & remove the cracked shell, & peel the white outer membrane. That's all.
