My silkie chick has been like this fir a good couple of hours the beak is out but that's it is he in trouble. Thank you

Probably just resting. I usually don't intervene until they have externally pipped for 8-10 hours without starting to zip. Is this your first to hatch? Some take longer than others. Being born takes a lot out of them.

No I have done a few hatches but they all went as they should this is the last one to hatch

I've had most hatch quickly, but some take a while. As long as she's breathing and occasionally moving a little, I'd let her be for right now. Good luck.
