Yay!! What’s your new breed called again?Assuming I have a successful hatch, I'll post some pics.
Awesome! Do you plan to sell some or sell hatching eggs?I call them Spangled Sardonyx.
That’s good news, I hope the hatch continues to go well! I had a few ducklings hatch today as well. Ok, I’m pretty interested in your new breed, so whenever you start selling eggs, please contact me!Cali,
I was gone all day today helping my son remodel his home. I left my wife in charge of the hatch. When I returned we had 13 chicks, several pips and a few zipping. I don't know how successful the hatch will eventually be but remain hopeful.
In answer to your question. I have considered selling hatching eggs but I intend to select my best hens, old, young and intermediate and will build my final flock from these. I will probably not sell any hatching eggs until next spring.
Congratulations on your new ducklings! I now have 15 chicks. When they are fully fluffed I'll post some pics. That’s good news, I hope the hatch continues to go well!
