I’m leaning this direction. I have an extra large dog crate I have used as a booder, see no touch divider, drake jail. Setting it up for the broody closer to hatch is definitely going to be easier than dividing up the existing coop/run. How many eggs will you giver her? Has she hatched before?
I don't move the nest with Ducks. I set up crates and they will nest in that. This will be her second time setting and first time hatching. She is in the Dog house so I'll block it off till hatched once the date is closer and remove them all to a nursery pen.

Almost 2 weeks in and they are all most definitely alive!! My broody came out in the sun to dust bathe and I stole her eggs and took them to the bathroom to candle... I even saw one MOVING. I am so excited. I may have found the little webs a home with a friend too.

The first time I ccandled I could just seen veins, but now when I rotate the eggs around I can see the growing mass that is the embryo. This is exciting. Now I see why people are hooked on hatching ;)
Be very careful when rotating the egg while candling.
I try to keep the eggs steady and move them really slow to not shake them up so much.
