Pitiful little hen

What is wrong with our sweet girl. She was healthy and full of feathers two - three weeks ago, now she has lost almost all her feathers. She was broody for sometime but has not been sitting for at least 5-7 days. She has 5 hens with her in the coop and 2 of them seem to be aggressive towards her recently
Any advice on what is happening and what we can do. She doesn't come to us anymore, she will run when we try to get near her. Her sisters are very healthy

She’s molting!

Poor dear is having a very hard molt. She could benefit from a protein boost like chick starter, eggs, fish or meat. Mine are very skittish during molt, too. That’s normal. What are your daytime and nighttime temperatures like right now?

She’s molting, it’s very common this time of year, they prepare their feathers for winter. Like @micstrachan said, she could benefit from a protein boost. Hope I helped!
