She's just gorgeous! And that's really cool that she's so chill with your chickens. So I skipped a lot of this thread because the negative comments are ridiculous. Pits and Rotties get bad names because of bad owners and that isn’t far. My Rottie is AMAZING with my chickens and ducks. And when we rescued kittens that couldn’t have been very old (still body and umbilical cord still attached) she was very caring to them. I would trust her with my animals by herself. I don’t however but I would. And she just had babies a week ago. We are going to work with them too so they can be like her. She wasn’t always around chickens or ducks but she has always had a loving nurturing personality. She loves going out with me when I do chicken and ducks chores. She doesn’t have a drive to chase them. And she is pretty young at only 3. And with work all 6 babies will be the same. And let’s not forget my brothers dog….who is a big head love bug!

Do you have pics of her babies? It's been forever since I've had puppies, I miss them (sorta)![]()
She is! And I love it!
And of course I do!!!I’m going to be doing their Christmas pictures soon too! You would think the way I am I don’t have 6 kids running around myself.
But I just love taking pictures.
Thank you!!! They have taken our hearts!!!![]()
Those are the most beautiful babies ever![]()
That is the most precious photoLover of pits here too. DH and I have had 3 in our 20 years together. 2 have lived to be 16 and we just put down our last at 9 yrs due to bone cancer. In the spring we will get a new one. They have all cuddled and been loved by us and our kids and our last took just fine to our new baby kitten and never looked twice at chickens!
My only concern would be the mix of health problems each breed had. And we don't get mixed breeds, but that is just us.
