Now I really want pizza lol

Me too! I'm really craving the NY style Pizza from our local family run Roma's. They are so good, and the cheese stretches sooo far. And they make their own tomato sauce with fresh imported San Marzano tomatoes they get in twice a week... it tastes amazing.

But they are $30 for a medium and I've already had my naughties this month.

I want a GOOD deep dish gluten free pizza!

With a good sauce, LOTS of cheese, pepperoni, peppers, onions, green olives, mushrooms, and sliced tomatoes.

No pineapple, and no little fish.

Sounds amazing minus olives and mushrooms lol

I know, right?! But it beats a trip to NYC, lol.

There's such an art to amazing pizza. I worked in a few chain joints when I was younger. I didn't really mind how inferior it was back then. But I've sometimes wanted to open a real-deal NY style pizzeria. It's just a lot of work. And investment money. And paperwork. So then we thought about a pizza food truck. But that's all the same problems plus sweltering heat from the ovens with an ac that can't keep up. Plus we don't have any money to make money with, lol.

Hubby isn't GF, so he has no interest in a GF pizza. I mentioned a thin cauliflower crust to him once and he looked at me like I was crazy.
