Won’t the deep litter turn into a soggy mess ?
South Florida gets torrential rains frequently.

Do the local forest floors turn into a soggy mess?
Deep litter, like the average forest floor or compost heap, drains pretty well. If the soil under it drains well, the water shouldn't stick around.

Most plants, vegetables and trees like the higher nitrogen and actually chicken poo is the best poo to use over horse or cow manure

Nitrogen is good for foliage growth...
.....but fresh chicken poop can burn plants, it needs to be composted first.
