Placing Emu Chicks on Auction Board

I have about 10 emu chicks that I would like to place on the auction board. However, when I tried to do so it told me I had to update my Country and State but then would not allow me to do so. Can someone please tell me how to do this so that I can get these birds on the board. I have way to many and would like for them to go to new homes. Thanks.

I'm in Arkansas. Not far from Little Rock. I didn't realize there were threads for different States. Can you point me in the right direction?
