Give it some time, you just added it 30 minutes ago. No one's been paying attention to my RP and its been nearly a week.

That and being stranded on a deserted island due to a plane crash for prolonged periods of time is highly unrealistic nowadays. The pilot, co-pilot, and engineer (if they have one) speak to air traffic control. After a plane has gone down and the pilots are not able to respond air traffic control can locate where the plane has crashed and send rescue teams by boat and helicopter. This and the cabin crew as well as the cockpit crew are extensively trained. You DO NOT walk out of the cockpit if there is an emergency, if you need to speak to the cabin you go over intercom or have a flight attendant handle it. It is the flight attendant's job to handle passengers during emergencies. You will be told to stay in your seats, have seat backs up, buckle up, and brace. If the aircraft is in one piece when it touches the ground then you will be told to locate the nearest exit.

Just had to say this. It bothers me when people get their safety facts wrong for disaster scenarios. :I

Very true also.
I also think that if a plane was going down, it would be highly unrealistic for the plane to directly hit an island, because it's such a small land mass, fufu. now, if it hit WATER, that's understandable. :I

Exactly, depending where it was. Planes are also made to float, so if the plane didn't break up on the ocean then passengers and crew may be able to evacuate via exit slides, which are also made to be detached and used as a boat. Some planes also carry lifeboats in overhead bins that may be acessed by a flight attendant. Not to mention, if the crash landing is by any large source of water passengers will be told to put on their life vests and inflate them once out of the aircraft.
