Plane Crash in Paradise - Golden Oaks Reincarnated

Name: Laurielle Bhola
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Personality: Laurielle's a little stuck up and really judgmental, but her shyness saves her and allows herself to shut up and not say much of anything that could be taken as offensive. She also doesn't seem very appalled by things like murder, cannibalism for survival, and torture. So...There's that.
She doesn't have a criminal record though, so she has yet to become a murderer (and not saying she will).
History: Laurielle grew up with rich parents, the best education, and lots of gun training. She's never been a fan of animals, yet still raised rabbits to slaughter for food and to keep their furs.
She did well in school and went to one of those little fancy colleges that everyone is dying (not literally) to get into and after many years of hard work graduated vet school.
But before she got into settling down with her job, she decided it was time to abuse her money once in her life and travel. Which...Ended up being great for her, didn't it?
Picture/description:
Weapon (nothing crazy): A rifle...It's in her luggage, they obviously wouldn't let her have it with her on the plane, so don't know how she'll retrieve that.
Other: None.

(Perfect! hahahh :) )

Laurielle rather detested water, so instead of searching her luggage immediately she decided to just wait and explore this place a bit. It looked brilliant, and she couldn't tell if she had gone mad or the trees were literally made from gold.
While the brilliance of the area had gotten rid of her very disgruntled feelings, they all came back as her bare feet (her shoes had gotten full of metal pieces) sunk into the sand and touched something that felt oddly like a bone-type-thing.

She curiously pulled up whatever it was, wondering if she had found some sort of animal, and screamed when she found a skull with maggots crawling in its eye sockets and mouth.
Shrieking, she threw it into the ocean like it had just insulted her.
"Welp, that's disgusting!" She said to herself and rubbed her eye, which she was sure had a bug in it.

(Ew..)

The soaring, infested skull smacked into Kieth as he was casually strolling through the gritty, precious sand; still trying to decipher if he was hallucinating or really true. It knocked him a few inches back. "Ow!" He yelped, stroking the future bump softly, grimacing in faint pain. He swiftly shot a glance at where it reigned from. He blinked, stunned another stranger was also on the luxurious isle. "Hey...watch where you're throwing things!" He demanded in a growl.

Laurielle felt a little offended at the fact that she had been shouted at for that. She was kind of a jerk, so her jerk-ness quickly beat her shy self.
"Oh, I'm sorry! When I picked up a dead person's head I didn't really check to see if there was a guy taking a little stroll down a beach we crashed on." Laurielle said haughtily. She sighed, "Okay, fine, I guess I'm kinda sorry, but cut me some slack. Because that thing...Was gross, and disturbing."

Kieth hadn't thought about glancing at why she chucked the skull in the first place. After her loud hollering that echoed quite far, he strolled over to view the maggot-infested skull. "Ick..." His face twisted into a grim expression. He backed away from the disturbing fractured bone and turned to look at the feisty woman. He nodded his head being more kind in return. "It's alright...you're correct no one would expect not to throw that nasty thing.."

Laurielle calmed down a little now that he understood why she had thrown the thing in the first place, and she was no longer being yelled at.
"Thank you." Laurielle said, relieved to be forgiven. "I promise not to throw a dead person at you again. I swear to you it's not a hobby of mine to play head dodge ball."

Quote:
Kieth watched the fury dissipate in her eyes as he approached her but kept a distant from her knowing she had a temper. "You're welcome." He smiled, glad she was more peaceful. "Oh, I'm sure you won't unless you need to" he snickered at his own joke, and hers.

"Nah, I'm sure I won't ever need to. I'm better with guns." Laurielle told him honestly. She looked around at the trees and glittering sand.
"Pretty crazy island, huh?" She said with an awkward chuckle. Now that her anger had died down she was now feeling that age-old shyness coming to greet her personality once again. "Didn't really know that this kind of island could occur in nature...Literally makes no sense..."
