I like this version w/ the increasing intensity. In addition to these 3 (1 regular and 2 sides) I plan on doing a reverse plank pose for the triceps Starting here http://www.yogaoutlet.com/guides/how-to-do-reverse-table-pose-in-yoga and building to here http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/2474 This will only take a few minutes each day, no impact, start at your own level and see the actual progress as we are able to hold our positions longer and better no equipment, can do it anywhere. We can each post everyday how long we were able to hold the pose and what level we are doing and have some accoutabilty to keep us on track. Anyone up for this????
