Plank Challenge anyone????

I've got my baseline

plank level 2 - 70 seconds

side plank level 1 - 50 seconds

reverse plank level 1 - 50 seconds.
Day 2

Plank level 2 - 75 sec

side plank level 1 - 60 sec (a very long feeling 60 secs)!!!!

reverse plank - 25 sec (got a muscle cramp)
 
Awesome bardies, yes I thought keeping at least the most recent w/ the new one would be best too.
 
I was going to start last night ....and....fell asleep instead. Hopefully I'll post my first session tonight.
 
Been there, done that! Are you thinking about doing the reverse thing? It scares me a bit - plus my shoulders are not the best.
 
Sweet! My neck was stiff this morning. So far, that is the worst thing...maybe I am not trying hard enough!
