This looks great, I’m curious to know what you do for the nest boxes. I have a very similar layout but I never managed to get them to stop roosting on the nest boxes. I think they disliked the sideways 2x4s.

This is what we are using. They're just some old shelves we picked up off a curb
Chickens don't mind though!

However they still prefer the bushes

Mine have yet to use the nesting boxes I built for them. They prefer the floor in the pine shavings. I've tried buckets, and several other items to their dislike.

That is amazing!! We just finished insulating our coop which looks almost identical to yours! The question is have is about paneling. What is pvc paneling? Where did you get it and is it $$$? What are some alternative paneling options anyone has used that you'd recommend, if i can't get pvc panels locally?
