Is it 20 birds or 6-10?? Or are you planning on building/housing two separate flocks?
You might want to consider building a shed-type structure and modifying it accordingly to house chickens.

No "please"? No apparent looking on your own? People charge for good dyi plans, that's how it works when someone else does all of the work for you. Google or search this forum then come back with specific questions. You will get a lot better help by doing so.
