plans for brooder?

anybody have pics, or plans of an outside stand alone brooder? They idea would be to raise them up outside and eventually acclimate them to the outside near or inside their future coop and runs.

Great idea, I am really tired of the mess from brooding inside!

I have a book called Smallholders DIY that has photos of an outdoor brooder and basic plans for building it. If you like I could scan it and mail it to you? I haven't built it myself so couldn't vouch for the design, but it certainly looks like it should be decent enough...
