plantar facitis

The important part is the customizing as every foot is different and the location of the recess/cutout and the surrounding padding needs to align perfectly with the person's foot.

Do you feel something like a knot when palpating along the plantar tendon underneath the arch of your foot? It is not always the heel alone in need of being relieved.

I had it two years ago, it felt like I was walking on bone. I had no odea what it was, and I was toilet training a pup at the time :(

Crocs saved my life. I also found a orthopedic guy on youtube who said to never bend the foot backward; instead, bend the toes over to relieve the tension on the tendon, which has been stressed. There is also a new insole called Akusoli, if you fancy doing battle with their terrible website. I hope it's resolved soon for you.

Stop walking around barefoot or sockfoot and buy yourself a good fitting pair of cowboy boots

I had it A few years ago. I started wearing supportive socks and had purchased some insoles by Dr. Scholls. This seamed to help a lot. I hav also lost about 45 pounds since then as well. I haven’t had any issues in about two years.
