I can't wait! Two weeks from now I'll be going home with like 100 or so starts of various types to do a yearly planting in the span of 36 hours before hopping back in the car and going back to school.

I goggled it today and it looks like they are bush. In my garden, it looks like they are sending out runners. STRANGE

They are henderson bush and cangreen lima beans.

Bush will grow like a pepper plant and should be strong enough to stand on it's own.

Next year you will want to plant something like corn or tomatoes where the beans are now. Beans actually suck in a lot of Nitrogen into the soil which is great for other plants. Native Americans used to grow what is called the 3 Sisters. Corn, Beans and Squash. All 3 take something else out of the soil and grow real well together. BUT they have to be Heritage types because the new hybrid seeds just aren't the ame.

I've just got root veggies: potatoes, carrots, radishes in the ground and lettuce and cilantro in planters by the house.

My blueberry plants have flowers on them! I may get some this year!
