plants safe for chickens

We just built our first coop and would like to plant something inside as shade for the chickens. Does anyone know if Cocoplums and their fruit are safe to be eaten by chicks/chickens?

Oh no. I just planted honeysuckle to climb the outsite of the run (for the fragrance). I guess I need to rip it out.
