Hi all, newbie here. We are building our chicken coop next week, and I am finalizing some details on my plans and making the shopping list for anything neededfor the construction and I am super excited! But I was curious if anyone had used plasti dip in the construction of their chicken coops. We were contemplating using it on the floor and first 6 inches of the walls and entirely in the nesting boxes. It would be easier to clean and help reduce pest problems. For anyone who is unsure of what it is, its a dipable, paintable, sometimes spray able plasticy, rubbery coating. I was thinking how clever an idea it was and went to research to see if it had been done before and can't find anything on it anywhere...
