Found some bread trays being thrown out and hope to be able to use them for a droppings\\poop board or something......?

They are over 2ft. long and over a foot wide. Figure I could put newspaper on top of them to catch the poop.

Warning about the newspaper - mine have anice habit of scratching at it and shredding it almost as soon as it hits the floor - once a week I am clenaing up shredded newspaper
Try it and see how it goes, but it didn't work for me.

Thanks,
I also meant to add: I would\\could use small pieces of that flooring stuff (can't spell it right now

)
The hard part could be holding them in place under my roosts... or I could just put them on the litter underneath the roost.

I used shelf supports with a thin board screwed to it to support the tray. Then I screwed a small board to the wall in several places just to catch the top edge of the tray so birds perching on the edge wouldn't tip the tray over.

It's working!
