Here's a shot of mine, made from cat litter buckets with the lids cut off at the hinge points ... I use hay in the boxes and shaved pine on the floor.

Thanks for the help everyone, yesterday I changed two lids to a half. the other two still have 1/3. I'll see tday if they used them at all or if I need to trim them back a little.

hmm....might have to get my MIL to save me a couple of those. We don't have any more since the kitties had to go live outside. (Allergic kid.) OTOH, I have two covered cat litter pans that also make really nice nest boxes!
