I'm trying to make the "Fawn" and "Platnium" colors in my English Orpingtons. I know I have the ingredients, as I have so many colors and patterns, I just need the recipe. Can anyone help with that?

Pictures of your birds?

Platinum is made with Dun which is a mutation in the Dominant White gene. It'll have to include the Blue Gene.

I^d^i+ _ Dun

Fawn is Silver plus Dun.

Fawn S/S, I^d^i+.
S/+, I^d^i+(Females)

Platinum I^d^i+, Bl/bl.

This, except that you can have Fawn without Silver, i.e. Fawn Red Old English Game bantams. As I understand it, Fawn is just the 'common name' that people use for the effects of the dun gene in many breeds.

I'm not sure if there are any Orpington varieties based on the dun gene, so I imagine that will be your catch in creating Fawn and Platinum Orpingtons. Dun is not the same thing as Chocolate, for example, though I've heard them referred to interchangeably as Chocolate.

Exactly, they call Chocolate Dun, so it's very confusing

The German genetic calculator says Splash over Mauve gets Platnium....just got me muddy blue chicks, I'm an artist so they actually came out the color I expected. Now as far as Fawn goes it says Buff X Mauve, Blue X Mauve, and Black X Mauve all create Fawn offspring, which makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.
