Ok so 2 days ago I noticed my male peacock with thick crusty discharge on his eyes, one was shut, having bubbly discharge from his eyes, and nasal congestion with mucus. Not eating as much. Also, I noticed similar symptoms(minus the crustiness on the eyes with 2 of my turkey toms).
I started cleaning the eyes with saline and then with pink eye solution for cattle (hypochlorus acid) and applying Neosporin to the eyes- inner to outer corner. Isolated the birds and started on them on electrolytes in the water. I am stuggling to figure out the doses and choices of antibiotics. I ordered some doxy-tyl 10 -40 mg that should be getting here in the next few days and have some Fin flox (ciprofloxacin 500 mg) readily available, but again not sure of correct dosage.
Should I start them now on plain live culture greek yogurt?
What is the correct dose of antibiotics?
My peafowl is probably about about 6lbs; turkeys are probably around 25-35 lbs. Anyone ?

Does the eye look like this? This bird had pseudomonas; the treatment is with zactran, gamithromycin. If there is swelling it could be a sinus infection. Either can be treated with zactran or tylan 200 if just a sinus infection. Your vet can supply you with pre-loaded syringes of zactran @0.60ml for a mature hen.

It does but definitely paired with sinus infection of some sort, peacock has bubbly discharge on the eyes and mucus from nasal cavities, doing the open beak swallowing motion here & there

If it is a sinus infection give 1.5ml injection of Tylan 200 just under the skin for three to five days. Usually there is swelling under the eyes so it may be somethin else, like somethin really bad like MG.
