Playing the waiting game

Hey y’all, so I’ve got 3 pullets that just reached 18 weeks old today. 2 Barred rocks and 1 Australorp. And 1 of the barred rocks, Barbara, shows all signs of laying, about 2.5 fingers width at the pelvic bones, but her vent is still all puckered up. The other 2 girls comb and wattles are lengthening and getting deeper red in color but the other barred rock,Loretta, is only a thumbs width at the pelvic bones. The Australorp, Deborah, is really skittish and won’t let me near her enough for me to check her size. My question here is: About how much longer do you guys think I’ll have to wait before my 2 barred rocks are laying?

Looks like soon, could be a few more weeks, could be tomorrow. Everyone reaches puberty at a different age. :]
