Playing with chickens

My daughter is 7 and obsessed with animals and likes to play with the chickens. She hangs out with them and catches and holds them. Mostly on the weekends. Will this disrupt their egg laying?

No, snuggling your chickens will not upset their laying , I do it all the time
I should add that the ones i don’t snuggle haven’t laid yet

So long as she's not stressing them, they're fine. Getting them used to being handled is actually probably a good thing, in the long run.
