Pleae help me determine if these are hens and some of the breeds i think i have

Ditto Donrae. Someone offloaded a heap of cockerels on you and I'd bet they knew exactly what they were doing. I'd keep the ones you got at TSC separated for their safety and well-being and either rehome or make freezer camp reservations for the rest. I'm so sorry.

I'm not convinced JoJo is a roo. Yes, the comb is huge and suspiciously red, but it looks to be some kind of BR cross and BRs are notorious for early large combs. Does someone see saddles and hackles starting that I'm not seeing? No matter, that is one of the pertiest chickens I've ever seen. :D
The two sexlinks obviously gals. Ella, Stella, Tilley and Woody definitely roos. Harriet I'm not positive on, but possibly roo.
Beautiful coop, by the way!

Oh this is driving me crazy!!!!! I have no clue how to sex chickens because this is our first flock. However I thought Tilley was definitely a girl because out of the 4 I'm not sure on she has the smallest comb and her tail feathers are all round! My daughter will be crushed because Tilley is her favorite and she runs down the coop everyday after school and holds her and Tilley just falls asleep in her lap. :D

I'm not so worried about the comb, it's the barring. That's an awfully light colored barred/crele/cuckoo/whatever-you-wanna-call-it which usually points to cockerel.

Tilley has a very masculine look. The stance, the color patterning, the bright red comb... No, it's not huge but that's because it's a pea comb and they aren't big like a single. For his age, it's what I'd expect to see. Grab him and take a close look at the lower back and see if you find skinny, shiny, pointed feathers there. I see some down showing on the lower back so I suspect they are coming in now.

Jojo has very light coloring like a male golden cuckoo/crele. Google golden cuckoo pullet and golden cuckoo cockerel and you'll see the difference. And, again, way too bright and developed in the comb/wattles for 10 weeks.

I'm angry and sad for you and I hope you confront the seller.
