Please advise me

Had a chicken get sick with water eyes and nose she is active but can't breath alot of wezzing and sneezing. Don't seem to be getting better and today got another one with eyes shut and won't open... Someone said to cull them what do I do?

One has been sick a week and the other just today I am giving antibiotics but don't seem to be helping

Sounds like it could be a chronic respiratory disease such as MG, coryza, ILT, infectious bronchitis, or others. Many of those can make your whole flock carriers for life.
