I just took my first batch of eggs off the turning tray and put them in the hatching section. I want to try to hatch in the carton. This may sound dumb, but do I still need to turn or prop one end up? Or do I just leave them be from now on?

    Thanks,

    Jared.

You just put the egg in the carton, big end up, and no turning. The carton method works really well, and is much easier to clean up after. Good luck [IMG]

just put them in the carton air cell up and leave them until your hatch is all done.

Thanks so much- I'm heading to bed and didn't want to stress about it. I figured that this is how it was done but wanted to make sure.

The egg cartons are great. I tried it and loved it.

I just used the carton method but cut my cartons down a bit so I could see all sides of the eggs for pips...they popped right out!
