I do not know if it is a good incubator.............but
You should run it for at least 24 hours before adding eggs to be sure your temp and humidity are holding steady.
Also be certain it is sterilized.

How can I make sure it's sterilized and should I wash the eggs and how many times a day should I turn them and how much 90% or 180

what are you incubating? chicken eggs 3 or 4 times a day...mark one side in pencil so you can keep track of your turns...good luck! many people start with home made incubators...read up on line about humidity

Well from what I have ready you use a pencil & put an "x" on one side & "o" on the other side & turn them from x side to o side every 6-7 hours.
My turner is automatic its just tilts the eggs from side to side its never a 180 more like 35 degrees or so....

The only way to know if it's a good incubator is to set your desired temp and humidity and see if it stays steady. I would give it a good 48 hours or more, just to be sure. Don't set any eggs until you know for sure it's going to maintain your settings.
