There are a lot of breeds that look like that as chicks. Post again when the feathers start coming in.

Definitely not a Delaware. They are all yellow, like a previous poster said. Sometimes they have some black spots on the top of their head, but definitely no eyeliner or stripes.

The legs do look to have a green tint and the cheeks look a little extra fluffy, too. So, I'd guess EE although it makes no sense as a substitute for Cochin. Have you contacted them yet?

I think they are Americaunas. Legs will turn bluer.
