I agree. I'd let the seller know (privately) through a PM to make them aware of the issue before outing them in the forum.... especially since mistakes happen and I want to believe that most people on BYC are honest and try to do good....I've only had a handful of bad experiences and I've left appropriate feedback.

You can use the search feature to type in a name and choose the feed back forum to do searched without going through every section. Not sure if that will help or not. Otherwise most browsers have a find function that is crtl F and you can type in the phrase word, etc. you want to search for.

If you have a problem with someone you believe is a scammer you can contact the BYC Staff via PM or through [email protected].

Private disputes are a matter between buyer and seller and should not be aired in public forum. However, the Staff will do what they can in most cases to look into things and help. In the end, though, BST here is first and foremost "buyer beware."

For those who are wondering, there is a link to the Feedback information right next to the links to the BST area of the forum. You can use this to log feedback or to help in doing research about a seller before you buy.
