Nothing more fun than impatiently waiting to know what sex the chickens are lol. I have my guesses and occasionally second guess them on behaviors. What does everyone think. 9 week old Lavendar Orpingtons (5 of them) and 1 SLW plus a group photo

All look like pullets.
#2 has more red of a waddle and comb, keep an eye on that one. I think it's a girl, though.
Here's my rooster, see the spike saddle feathers, which I don't see on any of yours.

What age do they start getting the saddle feathers if they are roosters?

#2 and #4 look like cockerels. Saddle feathers wouldn't be there this early.

2 and 4 are cockerels. They wouldn't get male specific saddle feathers until their 12 weeks at the earliest.

I agree with everyone, LO #2 and LO #4 look like roos. Their tail and saddle feathers are shaped like a cockerel, along with that comb and waddle development.
