I don't know about where you all live but here in TN/KY unless you have it written down it don't meant squat when it comes to real estate. You must write it down to hold up in court. Even in a rental agreement. Just thought I'd let you know that. I'm a Realtor. We deal in property mgmt. in our firm.

SkeeredChicken-We just found them in the coop dead looked like they were stepped, at first we thought it might have been another animal but then we put a lock on the coop door and the next morning it was broken. I'm not sure if it was the teenages that killed the chickens or someone else.
