I read that dosage is .25 ml for a 5 lb bird.
but my hen is 7 lbs.
so I did math and came up with .35 ml for a 7 lb bird
Is that correct?

also can I put it on a piece of bread instead of doing the drops direct in her beak?

Yes, the dosage is 0.05 ml per pound, or 0.35 ml for a 7 pound chicken. I would just pry open the beak and squirt it in twice a day for 5 days. If you are sure that she will eat all of the treat, you could try it once. Cream cheese, scrambled egg, or peanut butter on a bit of bread might work.
