4 of my ducks are 8 weeks old on sunday (2 days) and 1 is 7 weeks old today can i still start the 7 week old on grower pellets ?

Yes, you can.

And just so you know for the future, the "topic name" area does not need to contain your whole question. It's a place for a quick, few word, overview of the topic you have a question about. So, in your case, Feeding 7 & 8 Week Olds would work. Or Grower Pellets for 7 Week Old Duckling? or something else similar.
