Arlanda looked up, seeing double.

'Whaa... bearclaw... you have a twin?!'

She tried to roll over but couldn't move her wing. 'What was that?'

BearClaw lifted her up, and helped her onto a soft patch of clovers. "I don't know what happened, I was wondering the same thing."

Arlanda frowned to herself. She hadn't even seen what it was that had hit her...

'Thanks,' she said to bearclaw. The clovers were comfy.
She surveyed the area outside the den. Something large and solid looking was sitting innocently beneath a tree. 'What is that?! I would get up to go have a look, but... Ow.'

"I'll go investigate, you sit here." she said. She set off to find out what it was, cautiously approaching the tree.

(Can you tell me what BearClaw will see when she gets there?)

'Okay... but watch out for traps.' Arlanda tried to move her wing again... and became quite worried when she found it was immobilised.
