My wifes step-father is a guidance counselor at a high school for at risk youth. It is a very small school yet they are in second place for the 'XTHETXT' campaign. If they win, the school gets $10,000 and the students get a concert! It's a great idea as we all know that texting while driving is rather moronic and often deadly so I am all for getting the kids on-board with something like this!

My wife and I would be grateful if you all could participate as well. The school we are rooting for is San Andreas Learning Center. What you do is go to channelone.com and register then pledge to xthetxt! That's it! The link to the site is:
