Broody had been sitting on eggs. Doing great. Today is day 20-21. I saw her get off the nest so I decided to go look. This is what I found. I think it got crushed? Then 5 minutes later the other hens found it and were trying to eat it. Was this freak accident or do I need to get the rest of the eggs from her and try to hatch in incubator

If the eggs are in lockdown she shouldn't be getting off the nest at all at this point. How long was she off? Did she go back to them? This break pattern isn't consistent with hatching - they zip in a very specific way. This egg was crushed :( If she went back to the eggs and is still interested in sitting on them, I'd chalk it up to an accident, remove the broken egg and give her a second chance, while in the meantime preparing an incubator in case it wasn't just an accident. Keep a close eye on her and be prepared to intervene if she leaves the nest again or if you find more broken eggs or other signs of trouble.

She just got off for 5-7 min to get food and water. Maybe another hen got on the nest and crushed it?

She’s back on the nest now but she’s only 7 months old so I’m getting nervous she doesn’t know what to do. I’m also nervous that the others will “get a taste” for baby chicken and go after the others. I’m warming up the incubator. Just wondering what to do

Well I asked in the other thread and many people said there was no need to move her and nest to another spot
Don’t move her, just put a chicken wire barrier around her to block access. It can literally be a loop of chicken wire encircling the area she’s in. That’s what I do and it works great. They can still see her and the babies and get used to the idea, but they can’t get to them. I only have 2 nest boxes next to each other, so when I blocked off the broody, the others lost access to the empty nesting box as well, but I made a temporary one out of a milk crate for them. They used it just fine. I blocked the broody off at lockdown and removed the barrier when the broody took the chicks out of the nest, on day 2 I think. There was food and water in there with them just outside their nest.

I surely wouldn't move her now, but other hens accessing the nest of a broody frequently results in lowered % hatch rates or incubation failure.
