Please Help!! 1 eye and 1 side of head is swollen on my chicken :(

Ive came home from work and found my chicken with a bump on her head and a swollen eye, its eating and drinking fine but I'm not sure what to do it is quiet large, other side of her head is not affected i have uploaded some pictures, your option would be appreciated

I would watch and make sure the others are not pecking at it. I really don't know what to tell you.
