Please help! 13 week old Barred Plymouth Rock hen started crowing.

Wanted to mention that it is not uncommon for a young hen to crow. I would not be so quick to get rid of her/him yet. Quite often a young hen can take on traits of a rooster as a means of protecting weaker hens. They can also do it when feeling threatened, Looks wise, your pullet could be either at this point. Only time will tell.
