I've raised chicks indoors and some of them were pretty weak for the first day or two. We also recently had some baby chicks that hatched in our coop and are being raised completely by our hens. They were kind of weak for the first few days and now after 6 weeks they are very strong. We always fed them boiled eggs ever since they were young...check it out in our videos Baby chicks being raised by our broody hens, Baby chickens eating eggs and being trained to drink water by mother hen, Hungry baby chickens eating egg yolk

If you have a thermometer, how warm is it directly under the lamp, and how warm at furthest corner away from the lamp? Looks like you're using a standard bulb and it might not be hot enough, so best to check if possible.

If you just hatched them they probably aren't eating or drinking yet, but some Poultry Nutri Drench in their water will help pep them up.
